Car in for a motorcraft service yesterday. Luke on reception very helpful. HOWEVER the techs are useless On picking up the car was told they couldn't undo the locking wheel nuts on rear wheels. This concerned me so took car to supertyre maldon as they fitted tyres to rear six months back. Guess what, they undid the locking nuts with next to no effort. If a main dealer struvgles with that they are b***** useless and can't be trusted with any real maintenance. Thankfully I won't need to use lookers again as that was the last service required by warranty plan. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
Good service. Also cleaned the car well. Wasn't happy they wanted me to have brake fluild changed as car has only 20500 miles and only just 2 years old, I said no.Accidently left dash can on and heard my change loose being cleaned. Lol
Really friendly place. Good priced service. Nice waiting area with TV and free hot and cold drinks. Well done folks!!
