Fantastic experience!
Just called up to make an appointment at Heralds Way Dental Clinic who I used to use routinely as my dentist. Hadn't visited in a while so granted they had filed my details in the archive. Not a problem and they re-registered changing my home address.Then find out they cannot fit me in until 29th February and when I stated that I had a problem, chipped tooth, hence my need for appointment I received a rude, discaring "well you can't not visit us for a long while and then just EXPECT to see us quickly". I then spent all of a few seconds umming and ahhing about what to do given I wasn't sure whether 1 full month away was going to be okay to leave that long for the rude ignorant receptionist on the end of the phone to say "just call us back when you ready then yeah and put the phone down on me"! Worst f**king customer care I have ever received!
