I've used CommunicateUK for over 4 years. The initial alarm install went well and we were happy with the initial service. But the past few years we've had random issues with the alarm e.g. it setting off by itself. We can tolerate faults like this, but we're really not happy with the level of service Communicate provide and they will charge you extra for items and call outs without forewarning. This has happened on at least 3 occasions now.Either way, we won't be using Communicate again and won't be recommending their services.
Andrew visited us and clearly explained the options and variety of things that we could choose from. We booked a system for our needs and are exceptionally pleased with the service, follow up, communications... and obviously the installation as well..Our system meets and exceeds our expectations..If you are in the market for an alarm system.. Use this company.. They will not let you down..Thank you to Andrew and the whole team.. a job well done !
Just had our House Alarm installed by CommunicateUK. Great, speedy service at a fraction of the price we were quoted by another local Company. Would recommend.
Really pleased we decided to go with a local CCTV Installer. With crime on the increase in our village and the remoteness of our property, it was important that the CCTV installation captured day and night coverage. The engineers also advised us on how we can update our current Intruder Alarm to a SMART device that connects with our mobile phones and adds in perimeter beams to protect the outside of our property. If you are looking for highly skilled engineers with the latest technology on the market then I'd definitely advise you get in touch with these guys! Great Job!
